Creekside Landing's Osprey Court is a three-story long-term care home located on Osprey Road in Vernon directly behind Creekside Landing.  Osprey Court brings a total of 96 new long-term care beds to the Vernon Area.

The care home has 3 floors with 8 neighborhoods, including two bariatric rooms to accommodate residents with special equipment needs. The home also has ample social and recreational space such as living rooms, dinning rooms, quiet rooms, lounges, activity space and easy access to patios and the outdoors
